What's included

Campaign calendar

Every single, announcement, asset drop, press embargo, and pitch deadline on one dated timeline.

Budget allocation

Spend split across playlist, PR, paid social, and content, weighted by the phase each channel actually moves.

Content pillars

A repeatable short-form content system so the team knows what to shoot before the cycle starts, not during it.

Measurement

Phase-level KPIs — saves, press tier, follower growth, ticket velocity — reviewed weekly and rebalanced.

How the campaign runs

  1. Step 1

    Diagnostic

Audience, catalog, and past-cycle audit to find where previous releases leaked momentum.

  2. Step 2

    Sequence

Single order, dates, and the story arc that connects them.

  3. Step 3

    Build

Asset checklist, budget map, and channel briefs handed to your team or ours.

  4. Step 4

    Run & adjust

Weekly reporting, reallocation, and a post-cycle read that feeds the next release.

Frequently asked questions

What is an album rollout strategy?+

It's the sequenced plan that takes a finished record to market: how many singles, in what order, on what dates, with which press, playlist, social, and live beats attached to each — plus the budget split and the success metric for every phase.

How long should a rollout be?+

Twelve to sixteen weeks for a single-led album cycle. Anything shorter and long-lead press and editorial playlist windows close before you reach them; much longer and the audience loses the thread between drops.

How many singles should I release before the album?+

Usually three. One to reset the sonic identity, one built for playlist and paid scale, one that carries the album's story into release week. The exception is an artist with a strong existing base, where two focused singles outperform three thin ones.

Can you run the rollout with my existing team?+

Yes. We frequently act as the strategy layer on top of an in-house team or a label's marketing department, owning the calendar and the reporting while your people execute.

What deliverables do I get?+

A dated campaign calendar, budget allocation by channel, an asset checklist per beat, a content pillar plan, KPI targets per phase, and a weekly reporting rhythm against those targets.

Does this work for non-music releases?+

Yes — we run the same framework for film and TV launches, game drops, and live-event announcements, swapping DSP beats for platform-appropriate ones.
